The Digital Renovators team are music-lovers. That’s why we were so excited when Independent Venue Week approached us in 2020 to revamp their website.
The initiative had grown and now, Independent Venue Week was operating in both the UK and the US. Therefore, the website had to have a UK and US section, whilst not compromising on the user experience. The brief was to ensure we maintain brand consistency across the main brand and each territory, create easy navigation so customers could go between each territory and keep it simple.
Digital Renovators were able to find a solution whereby both countries had their own section, yet we maintained the brand consistency across each territory. As part of Digital Renovators mission for outstanding customer service, we also provided the team with instructional videos of their website of how to maintain and update various sections. This of course really empowered the teams and they have gone from strength to strength!
